2. Risk‑Free Trial / Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Otiora will accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Return eligibility conditions:
  
• Item must be in original packaging. 
  
• Item must be undamaged.
  
• To initiate a return, contact us via info@otiora.com with photos/videos of any issues, and we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
  
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3‑5 business days.
  
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days of delivery unless an extension is approved.
  
• If returned items arrive damaged or show signs of usage beyond normal inspection, Otiora reserves the right to decline the refund.
