All Otiora products are covered by a one-year warranty against functional defects from the date of delivery.

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, contact us with proof (photos/videos) of the defect.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

The remedy is at Otiora’s discretion, repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
