Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

We ship directly from the USA. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, and delivery typically takes around 5–10 business days to arrive at your address.

For shipments outside the United States, please send us your full shipping address, and we will be happy to provide you with a customized shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

2. Risk-Free Trial / Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Otiora will accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

• Return eligibility conditions:

  • Item must be in original packaging. 

  • Item must be undamaged.
    
    

• To initiate a return, contact us via info@otiora.com with photos/videos of any issues, and we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3‑5 business days.

• Returns are not accepted after 30 days of delivery unless an extension is approved.

• If returned items arrive damaged or show signs of usage beyond normal inspection, Otiora reserves the right to decline the refund.

General Conditions

• The return window starts on the date of delivery.

• Original packaging is required; if unusable, the customer is responsible for replacing or securing suitable packaging at their cost.

Otiora reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product is ineligible (damaged, missing parts, or return instructions not followed).
