1. Shipping

Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, and delivery typically takes around 5–10 business days to arrive at your address.

International Orders, Duties & Shipping:

Direct online ordering is now available for the countries listed below. Shipping fees and delivery timeframes will be automatically calculated at checkout once your address is provided.

If your country is not listed, please send us your full shipping address, and we will be happy to provide you with a customized shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

International buyers are solely responsible for all import taxes, duties, tariffs and customs-related charges.

 

2. Risk-Free Trial / Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Otiora will accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility Conditions:

  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Item must be undamaged and show no signs of usage beyond initial inspection.

To Initiate a Return:

Please contact us at info@otiora.com with photos or videos detailing any issues, and we will provide further instructions. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3‑5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Please note that processing times may vary by financial institution before the funds are officially credited to your account.

Please note: Returns are not accepted after 30 days of delivery unless a prior extension is approved. Otiora reserves the right to decline a refund if items arrive damaged or used.

General Conditions

  • The return window starts on the date of delivery.

  • Original packaging is required; if unusable, the customer is responsible for replacing or securing suitable packaging at their cost.

Otiora reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product is ineligible (damaged, missing parts, or return instructions not followed).
