Return eligibility conditions:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3‑5 business days.

- If returned items arrive damaged or show signs of usage beyond normal inspection, Otiora reserves the right to decline the refund.
Warranty
- All Otiora products are covered by a one-year warranty against functional defects from the date of delivery.
- If you experience an issue within the warranty period, contact us with proof (photos/videos) of the defect.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
- The remedy is at Otiora’s discretion — repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
General Conditions

- Original packaging is required; if unusable, the customer is responsible for replacing or securing suitable packaging at their cost.

Took about 20 minutes to put together. The wood grain is beautiful and the platforms are the perfect size for lounging. Our apartment feels more intentional now.
The zig-zag form is so much more interesting than a standard cat tree. Both of our cats use every level and the scratching pads hold up well. No wobble even with two cats on it.
If you’re on the fence because of the price, just get it. The materials feel premium, assembly was incredibly straightforward. It truly un-clutters our living space.
Definitely an investment, but the materials feel premium and it doesn't wobble at all when both cats climb it.
