- If returned items arrive damaged or show signs of usage beyond normal inspection, Otiora reserves the right to decline the refund.
Warranty
- All Otiora products are covered by a one-year warranty against functional defects from the date of delivery.
- If you experience an issue within the warranty period, contact us with proof (photos/videos) of the defect.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
- The remedy is at Otiora’s discretion — repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
